My Latest Greatest SW Experience (written 7/27/2014)
I gotta tell you that if this works so well for me, a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sufferer, just think what it can do for you?! Because... don't most people have that afternoon lag in energy? What I started doing recently is drinking 20 oz. of Structured Water in the afternoon instead of having a snack (on an empty stomach - after my nap to be precise). I drink slowly at my leisure. I listen to my body as to the pace I drink. The first time I did this it took me 2 1/2 hours (and I certainly was never hungry). I'll add that I didn't have to pee until 3 hours after I started drinking. The next day it only took me 1 hour to drink all the water in my water bottle. Each day varies, depending.
Well, the Structured Water experts said it would work to hydrate me and give me energy, and they were right! They said it would cure that afternoon lag and fatigue and it did! I don't think any other kind of water could accomplish this as well because unstructured water can't penetrate your cells. And SW tastes so good!
I also start my mornings the same way, when my body needs hydrating the most. I awaken from my slumber in the a.m. and start drinking 20 ounces of Structured Water. It helps wake me and my brain up. When I have coffee after that the coffee doesn't make me irritable now, probably because it can't dehydrate me. I wake up desiring water instead of craving coffee!
